Wilma’s Wine World is a blog written for entrepreneurs involved in the wine industry. It’s written by the Vice-President, Kim Stare Wallace, of family owned winery, Dry Creek Vineyard. Wallace works at the marketing side of the business and from her blog it’s apparent why she works in this area of the business.
Wilma’s Wine World is very well designed with a clean look and the header fits the whole blog like a glove. The sidebars are unobtrusive and everything just flows. This blog goes down like a beautiful tasting wine. Wallace covers the “About” category thoroughly and lets us know why others in the wine industry would want to read what she has to say. I like Wallace’s writing style - it’s definitely not dry and has bits of humor scattered throughout. You can tell she has fun writing the articles and knows her business.
You’ll have to visit the blog to read why it’s called Wilma’s Wine World when the writer’s name is Kim Stare Wallace. If you are thinking of becoming a StartUp Lady (or already are) in the wine industry make sure to visit the blog and add this to your Power of Persistence arsenal. Also, pass it along to any other women entrepreneurs you think may be interested.
